And I was like, okay, but I want to. Taking it at face value never satisfied me. This in turn made me a really effective learner, writer, and teacher (all of which I believe are greatly intertwined).That is how I was able to teach myself pretty much everything I know. And then I started the job and it was as intense as anyone talks it up as. Obviously, they have different teams and so I was like, maybe I can try being on another team like the market development team or executive talent or something. And another thing was like going and do my own thing right away without the technical skills but I was really hesitant to do that because I knew that if I came to A16Z for an investment or even me, when I analyze companies, if the founder wasnt technical, it was hard for me to.
